Poopie Patrol Service Agreement

Terms and Conditions of Service

The following outlines Poopie Patrol LLC’s policies and procedures.  This is not a contract.  You are free to cancel service at any time and receive a full, prorated refund for pre-paid services not yet rendered.  Poopie Patrol LLC reserves the right to change fees and/or scheduled days of service with prior notice and approval from the client.

Terms and Conditions of Service:  A Poopie Patrol LLC employee will come to your property on the agreed upon schedule to pick up and remove any pet waste that has accumulated.  Poopie Patrol LLC will make every effort to ensure that all pet waste is removed at the time the service is performed but can not guarantee to remove 100% of waste in yards with high grass, excessive leaves, soggy areas, gravel-filled areas, bark-covered areas, areas containing ground cover such as jasmine, ivy or monkey grass, non-accessible areas or non-solid/loose feces.  We cannot be held responsible for damaging old or rotten fences and gates when accessing your property.  Our service hours are from dawn to dusk.  Poopie Patrol LLC cannot guarantee any time of cleaning other than daylight hours on the scheduled day of service.  If a service date is missed due to circumstances beyond our control including, but not limited to, bad weather, disabled vehicle or illness, the service will be rescheduled for the earliest possible time (generally the next day).  If a service date falls on a holiday, it may be rescheduled for the day before or after the holiday.  If a service date is missed completely due to circumstances beyond your control, you will not be charged for that visit unless it is due to a weather event such as snow or ice accumulations.  The safety and well-being of our team members is paramount and working in snow or ice is too dangerous.  If we are unable to clean your yard due to a locked gate, aggressive animal, running sprinkler system, etc. you will still be charged for that visit.  Since service fees are based on the number of pets, you must immediately notify Poopie Patrol LLC upon a change in the number of pets using the property.  In the case of an animal attack upon a Poopie Patrol LLC employee, the owner of the animal or the property shall be completely liable for anything not covered by insurance.

Billing:  All services are paid in advance.  After the first cleaning, your credit/debit card will be charged for the initial cleaning and the remainder of that month.  Then, on the first of each month, your credit/debit card will be charged the monthly fee for that month.  We use average monthly billing so that your monthly bill is always the same.  As required by the State of Texas, 8.25% sales tax is added to your monthly bill.

If your credit/debit card is declined, your account will be suspended until payment is made and you will be subject to a late payment fee based on the past due amount.  Late payment fees are $10.00 for amounts up to $99.99; $15.00 for amounts ranging between $100.00 and $149.99; $20.00 for amounts ranging between $150.00 and $199.99; and so on.

Refunds:  There is a $3.00 administrative fee applied on all refunds.

Holiday Schedule:  Poopie Patrol LLC observes the following holidays each year:  New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.  Customers with three-times-per-week service will only get two service days on weeks containing one of the holidays noted above.  Customers with twice-per-week service will be affected by three of these holidays.  Poopie Patrol LLC also reserves the right to move service dates forward or backward to accommodate the holiday schedule.  Our holiday schedule for twice-per-week customers is as follows:

New Year’s Day         Tuesday/Friday customers will have only one service date this week

Memorial Day             Monday/Thursday customers will have Thursday service only

Independence Day      Tuesday/Friday customers will have only one service date this week

Labor Day                               Monday/Thursday customers will have Thursday service only

Thanksgiving              Tuesday/Friday customers will have only one service date this week

Christmas                                Monday/Thursday customers will have only one service date week

Satisfaction Guarantee:  Poopie Patrol LLC takes great pride in always performing to the highest standards.  We want our name to be synonymous with reliable, high-quality service.  If you are ever less than 100% satisfied with our service, please let us know right away.  We will make it right by returning to re-clean your yard or by crediting your account so you will not be charged.  (Some exceptions do apply as noted in the “Terms and Conditions of Service” paragraph in this document.)  We know our success depends on doing excellent and thorough work and we are determined to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Referrals:  If you tell someone about our services and they sign up, Poopie Patrol LLC will give you a $20.00 credit after they‘ve used our services for three consecutive months.  So please tell your friends, family and neighbors about our services!
